hunger summary

Hunger

The atmosphere that is given through sound through the silence, is a strange one, this is because he is reflecting on the life that he has had. the sound of his eyes shutting and closing makes it sound as thou all the doors of his life are shutting and that this is the final times that they are going to keep opening. Also the flashback that happens, you here the kids laughing and singing which changes your thoughts on what he is feeling, it starts off as thou you are not really meant to have much feeling for him and that he does not matter, but when we go into the flashback we are more drawn into his life as we see that he used to be a normal child. when the children are laughing it makes us forget about him dying because there is a part of this scene that is happy and this makes you forget about the man. The music that is playing also changes the thoughts about is it really happy because the music and down and not a very high beat song and it is not very catchy and it is not trying to be. the silence can relate to the sounds because it makes us concentrate more on what the picture and the sound that what people are saying, it also gives more the impression that there is nothing left to say as he has made his decision. At the very end the boy is running through the forest and we can here crows squawking and then fly off when he turns around this gives us the impression that when the birds fly away that he is dying and that he is going to a better place
